We require that you inform us promptly should you be unable to attend by phoning the relevant clinic. You may leave a voicemail with a detailed message should the receptionist be unavailable.
Cancellation Policy
If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify us at least 24-hours prior by phoning the appropriate clinic and leaving a voicemail if necessary.
Non-attendance or failure to attend will incur a fee.
